Yes, it's time. Eight days and it's back to the ol' grind. Joy. I don't really mind, if I think about it more. I miss my friends. Although, I'm going to miss my other friends alot more now, seeing as we'll hardly be able to talk anymore, which is a downfall. Alot of kids are going to other schools too, most of them being close friends. I can't even begin to tell you how mad this makes me. Since I'll be a grade higher, the younger kids are going to act all immature like we did. Like, for example, we used to stand around in the halls in the morning in big crowds; and all the other grades and teachers thought we were annoying. We didn't. But now I realize that we were. And now, we'll have to deal with the little immature kids.
So, even though seeing friends is a plus, meeting kids who don't know the difference of polite and rude, is definetely going to be this years downfall.
But, on a good note, I got a whole crapload of back-to-school english books. One of the ones I love the most, however, is called; Eats, Shoots and Leaves. And its basically a grammatical correction guide, and it's description pretty much gives you an idea of what kind of books really do make mistakes. Really witty, too. Right now, aswell, I'm re-reading the Bartimaeus Trilogy, probably one of the most amazing series I've ever read. Much better than Harry Potter, (but never better than Snape.)
Summer is getting boring.
God, I can't wait for winter.
Devious Comments
I've lost a few friends to other schools as well, but we still keep in touch. It is had, though.

The footnotes were one of the highlights for me, too. Maybe Bartimaeus will narrate some or something.
